Distributor Account Managers are responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned territory through effective execution of business and sales strategy, overall territory/account management, and requires up to 50% travel in assigned territory.

As a Distributor Account Manager, you will create and implement campaigns, promotions, and customer trainings to strengthen current relationships, and develop and expand new business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing effective pricing strategies, contracts, and relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Discipline, or a High School Diploma/GED, or an Associate's degree along with Clinical Laboratory Certification.

5+ years of work experience in Sales or Marketing or Customer Facing role

3+ years’ experience in Healthcare Diagnostics or IVD regulated diagnostic products

1+ year experience developing and delivering technical presentations

Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced in immunohistochemistry, or knowledge of the clinical pathology market.

Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations and training to a range of audiences.

Experience with distributor management.

Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Demonstrated capability of establishing relationships at all appropriate account levels to close the sales process.

Experience working remotely with a global team.

Relevant business acumen to the global pathology market.

Experience working with IVD or regulated diagnostic products.

Ability to work independently to drive growth, and in a matrixed organization inspiring teamwork to achieve results.

Sales competency which includes preparing and implementing tactical business plans, selling skills, relationship building, call planning, territory development, follow-up and closing skills.

Demonstrated ability with various sales tools and technology, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office software, SalesForce or other CRM, and sales analysis software.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Technical competency demonstrated in product knowledge, product application, and product positioning for clinical diagnostics market.

Sound judgment and problem-solving competency in handling distribution, product issues, sales issues, and customer issues.

This position is remote, with a location preference for candidates in any U.S. location or the APAC region.

Pay Range for this position: $105,300 - $179,300.

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
