Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass goals
Drive new and pre‑owned vehicle sales volume and profitability
Oversee daily sales floor operations, including CRM follow‑up and lead management
Implement and uphold sales processes that ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with the Finance and Service Departments for smooth customer handoffs
Support inventory management, lot merchandising, and vehicle pricing strategies
Set and maintain high standards for customer service and team accountability
Track and report performance metrics to dealership leadership
Qualifications:
Automotive Sales Manager experience (preferred)
Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds and VinSolutions strongly preferred
CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) and/or Chevrolet GMC experience is a plus, but not required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
Results‑oriented with a passion for motivating and developing a team
Proficiency in CRM tools, customer follow‑up, and lead management
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
