About the Role To deliver our innovative mobile fueling solutions to consumers, we need skilled professionals who excel in building connections. We are seeking Account Executives to spearhead our customer engagement and growth in all our markets. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint and driving our mission of making fueling eco friendly, convenient and efficient. They will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and fostering long‑term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in prospecting for new opportunities, presenting compelling value propositions, and closing deals to win new business.

Expectations

You will achieve sales quotas by maintaining daily, weekly and monthly sales activity

Self generate business through prospecting, market visits, gaining interest through outreach, cold calling, the fuel industry including OPIS and retail metrics and CRM tools

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all activities and progress in CRM systems.

Develop a deep understanding of Booster Fuels' products and services and effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our mobile fueling solutions to potential clients

Collaborate with other sales executives to share insights, strategies, and best practices to collectively drive sales growth and achieve team target

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcome and successfully close deals and secure long‑term contracts.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients

Experience : 2+ years experience in sales or customer‑facing roles

Salary Range Base: $65,000 to $68,000

Bonus: $52,000 to $65,000 (Paid out Monthly)

OTE: $115,000 to $120,000 (Uncapped)
