Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Sales with lead management, client inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications
Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and client files
Prepare sales materials, presentations, reports, and event summaries
Coordinate site tours and assist with client visits as needed
Golf Tournaments & Events Support
Support the Director of Golf Tournaments with planning, coordination, and execution of golf tournaments and special events
Assist with tournament registrations, sponsorship coordination, pairings, scoring logistics, and event timelines
Serve as a point of contact for tournament participants, sponsors, and vendors before and during events
Help prepare tournament materials such as signage, sponsor recognition, tee sheets, and post-event recaps
Pay: $20 - $23
Administrative & Operational Duties
Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination for both directors
Handle correspondence, filing, and document management
Assist with invoicing, deposits, contracts, and post-event billing coordination
Collaborate with internal departments including Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in sales support, event coordination, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM or event software experience a plus
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Interest in golf, events, hospitality, or sports management is highly desirable
Combination of office-based work and on-site event support
Flexible schedule required, including occasional evenings, weekends, and early mornings for tournaments and events
Active role that may require standing, walking the golf course, and light lifting during events
