Regional Sales Manager – Better Tools – Remote Territory: Southwest & Central U.S.

Better Tools, a division of American Cutting Edge, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and build strong customer relationships across the Southwest and Central U.S. In this role, you’ll take the lead in territory strategy, sales execution, and key account development—all while working with a passionate, customer-first team.

What You’ll Do As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Better Tools to flooring professionals, wholesale distributors, and retailers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and growing existing customer relationships

Developing new business through strategic prospecting and relationship-building

Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals

Gathering customer and market insights to help shape our product and sales strategy

Partnering with the Field Sales Director on annual territory planning and budgeting

Collaborating with marketing on regional promotions and product launches

Representing Better Tools at trade shows, vendor expos, and industry events

Using CRM and internal systems (SAGE) to track pipeline, leads, and performance

What You Bring

Based within the Southwest or Central U.S.

3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tools, flooring, or building materials

Experience working with distributors, dealers, or wholesale channels

Familiarity with flooring installation tools (hands-on experience a plus!)

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (SAGE experience preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills

Independent, goal-oriented, and organized

Willing and able to travel up to 50%
