Position Overview We are seeking a
Sales Manager
to drive strategic business growth across
smart factory automation, logistics solutions, and IT services . This role will develop new client relationships, expand market presence, and achieve sales goals through proactive business development and account management.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth in new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM platforms to manage leads, sales activities, and performance metrics effectively.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives within smart factory automation, logistics, and IT service sectors.
Establish and maintain trust‑based relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
Deliver customized solutions that align with client business goals and technical needs.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while promoting long‑term collaboration.
Identify, approach, and secure strategic clients in smart factory automation, logistics automation, and industrial IT.
Prepare tailored presentations and proposals for enterprise clients and complex solution sales.
Cultivate long‑term client relationships to promote repeat business, cross‑selling, and referrals.
Identify new market opportunities in automation, logistics, and infrastructure cabling for advanced manufacturing.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine go‑to‑market strategies.
Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions in automation and supply chain innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or professional certifications in automation, logistics, or IT services preferred.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in sales or business development, preferably within smart factory automation, logistics, or IT service industries.
Demonstrated success in developing new business, managing key accounts, and securing high‑value clients in advanced manufacturing or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of smart factory systems, logistics automation, and industrial IT services (IoT, robotics, and supply chain technology).
Familiarity with infrastructure, server network systems, and smart factory building equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant sales automation tools.
Proactive, results‑oriented, and committed to achieving measurable growth.
Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Professional and organized, with excellent time‑management skills.
