Inside Sales Manager – Frisco
Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager.
Position Summary The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily activities of the inside sales team, managing associates, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring team meets branch sales goals, performing individual selling efforts, providing training and mentoring, and collaborating with other departments for a seamless sales process and outstanding customer service.

Lead by example with intent, vision and purpose

Build effective teams and act as a resource and role model
Interview, hire, onboard, train, coach and mentor inside sales associates; take disciplinary action if needed
Monitor performance, provide feedback, address challenges, recognize achievements
Lead technological advancements and continuous improvement projects
Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Branch Manager
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Lead the inside sales team to meet branch and company sales growth goals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotes, orders, and other sales activities
Lead new product and new program sales to achieve growth goals
Ensure elevated level of customer service using “The Master Halco Way”
Support Outside Sales Associates in responding to customer needs
Maintain clean, safe work environment meeting company standards
Ensure SOPs and company policies are followedChampion technological enhancements
Handle special projects assigned by Branch Manager
Hire, train, coach associates to maximize selling potential
Collaborate with other departments for seamless sales process
Expedite resolutions, make timely decisions regarding customer service issues
Maintain thorough understanding of company products and services

Required Education and Experience
High school graduate (some college preferred)
At least two years’ relevant work experience
Excellent computer skills: Outlook, email, Excel, Word, ERP system experience
