What You Will Do
Greet and assist customers with vehicle inquiries and test drives
Provide expert product knowledge and present vehicle features and benefits
Develop relationships and follow up with leads and prospects
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Ensure exceptional customer experiences from first contact through delivery

A passion for sales and a genuine interest in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated with a positive, can‑do attitude
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Valid driver’s license

The annual estimated earnings range is $48,200.00 – $158,700.00. This performance‑driven position is eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives, commission on individual payable gross, and bonuses based on units sold and manufacturer approval.
