About the Role That 1 Detailer is rapidly scaling nationwide, and we’re building a high‑performance inside sales team to convert warm inbound leads for our automotive ceramic coating services.

This role is ideal for driven, disciplined sales professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, follow proven systems, and close deals with precision, empathy, and strong communication.

If you’re a closer with real fundamentals – discovery, tonality, objection handling, and follow‑through – this is a high‑velocity, high‑opportunity seat.

What You’ll Do

Close Warm Inbound Leads

Handle 10+ warm inbound leads daily – all customers have recently requested a quote directly from our company

Respond within 5 minutes (speed‑to‑lead = your income)

Use a consultative, value‑driven approach to educate customers, share pricing, and book appointments

Own your pipeline inside GoHighLevel – tasks, notes, follow‑ups, and deal management

Close deals consistently using rapport, discovery, and emotional connection

Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement, taking charge of your own success and staying up to date with best practices

Pipeline & Follow‑Up Management

Execute structured, multi‑touch follow‑ups to convert undecided leads

Maintain clean, organized CRM hygiene

Stay highly active: calls, texts, emails – whatever gets the close

Keep your pipeline moving daily with urgency and discipline

Core Requirements

1–2+ years of phone‑based closing experience (high‑ticket preferred)

Home office set up

Strong sales fundamentals: discovery, objection handling, tonality, and emotional intelligence

Fast, disciplined, highly organized – you follow systems and respond quickly

Team‑first mindset – collaborative, coachable, and competitive in a healthy way

High personal accountability – you can operate without micromanagement

Bonus Points

Automotive or detailing industry experience

Experience in a remote sales environment

Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs

Compensation

Commission‑only (1099)

OTE: $75,000–$125,000+ based on performance
