Overview In this role, you will cultivate the education and corporate market, qualify opportunities, and close sales across a dynamic territory.

Responsibilities

Generate new customers within the assigned territory.

Service and expand the existing customer base.

Present technology solutions to customers in professional environments.

Conduct walkthroughs and develop scope‑of‑work documents for potential installation projects with engineering support.

Follow up on sales leads for new and existing customers in a timely and professional manner.

Write and submit accurate bid responses with the support team.

Respond to RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s.

Identify and define the scope of work for the proposal process.

Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge, recognizing local trends.

Support the local engineering and architectural community with customer needs analysis, system layouts, and designs.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with manufacturer representatives.

Work directly with customers on solution value propositions.

Determine strategic efforts based on competitive analysis and market trends to maximize sales efforts.

Learn various technology solutions and demonstrate them to customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience.

Excellent presentation skills online and in person.

High integrity and professional business acumen.

Self‑starter who is reliable, flexible, proactive, resilient, organized, and punctual.

Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.

Commitment to customer satisfaction.

Basic math skills.

Follow policies, processes and procedures.

Effective use of Microsoft 365.

Attention to detail and quality output.

Clean driving record.

Salary Range $51,000.00 to $88,000.00.
