Pay Rate:
$19-$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday with flexibility between 7:00 AM-8:00 PM; weekend flexibility required

What You’ll Do
Process, review, and maintain LIHTC household files with accuracy and efficiency
Support lease‑up activities for a newly opened multifamily community
Ensure all files and documentation meet internal compliance standards
Assist residents and prospective tenants in a professional, service‑oriented manner
Partner with onsite team members to keep leasing and compliance operations running smoothly

What You’ll Need
Required LIHTC compliance experience
Multifamily housing experience with at least 6 months of customer service experience
Lease‑up experience preferred
In‑house compliance experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Self‑starter with strong attention to detail, reliability, and motivation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, reach, bend, and stoop for 8‑10 hour shifts
Professional business‑casual appearance
