About us Spore.Bio

is a deeptech start-up born in 2023, building a new paradigm in the quality control systems in Food&Beverage, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceutics factories.

After spending a lot of time in factories environments, we saw the pain it was to make sure products were safe. Traditional

quality control

has heavy constraints and long waiting times. To change that, we decided to build Spore.Bio, a

new generation of microbiological testing.

Our team is dedicated to

bringing technology

and developing a cutting‑edge solution, based on advanced optical and deep‑learning technologies, to detect bacterial contamination within seconds.

Your ability to

communicate concisely

the client’s needs, while clearly explaining our product in an accessible and intelligible way, will be essential. You will be the bridge between customer feedback and our internal teams, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement of the product.

About the role You will be one of the

cornerstones of deploying

our technology in industrial environments.

Your work will alternate between

on‑site visits (factories, client labs)

and

hands‑on lab work at Spore , where you’ll help validate and improve microbiological protocols.

Your responsibilities:

Deploy our technology on‑site and support users until full autonomy

Validate microbiological results (identification, cultures, matrix processing)

Train operators and improve on‑site practices

Act as the

bridge between our clients needs and the R&D team

Support lab activities focused on matrix protocol innovation for our technology

Troubleshoot and provide concrete, creative solutions to field challenges

Interact regularly with

senior managers in major international companies

What we’re looking for

Solid background in

applied microbiology

(culture, identification, microscopy, sample processing)

Curious, hands‑on, resourceful, and

field‑oriented

Eagerness to discover

new technologies and IA

(microscopy, image analysis, machine learning)

Able to

synthesize, document, and communicate

clearly

Strong

client‑facing skills

and professional demeanor

Organized, autonomous, and willing to travel

Fluent in English

(spoken and written), essential for working with global clients
