Laboratory Healthcare IT Sales Executive, Central (US Gulf Region) – Siemens Healthineers Siemens Healthineers is a global leader in diagnostic innovation, redefining what’s possible in laboratory automation and digital health. As a Healthcare IT Sales Specialist, you will support commercialization of cutting‑edge offerings such as the Atellica® Solution, digital IT platforms, and workflow optimisation tools across a dynamic regional team.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the sales lead for the commercialization of the Siemens informatics portfolio.

Drive a comprehensive discovery and alignment of the customer needs to drive digital transformation. Identify unmet needs and create a broader IT ecosystem of solutions during both virtual and onsite customer engagements.

Demonstrated track record of consultative sales strategies, leveraging value‑based techniques to clearly demonstrate ROI, operational efficiencies, and enhanced clinical, financial & operational outcomes.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with Chief Medical Information Officers (CMIO), Chief Technology Officers (CTO), and Chief Information Officers (CIO), including their teams at SVP, VP and Senior Director level, within target healthcare provider organisations.

Collaborate with cross‑functional customer teams to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.

Lead the development of detailed and actionable Statements of Work (SOWs) for digital integration initiatives by integrating the outputs of technical support staff.

Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organisations, uncovering operational pain points and aligning them with tailored digital solutions.

Lead strategy sessions with customers and internal teams to define digital transformation goals and map out scalable solutions to address unmet needs.

Partner with the Healthcare Consulting team to identify optimisation opportunities in lab workflows, staffing models, and data management strategies.

Drive demand generation for current digital products and future innovations in our product portfolio.

Develop compelling solution proposals and contribute to bid responses and RFPs with input from both sales and technical stakeholders.

Present complex solutions in a simple, engaging way to technical and non‑technical customer stakeholders including IT, laboratory leadership, and health system executives.

Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless post‑sale execution and long‑term customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunity progress, and customer feedback using CRM tools.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital healthcare, diagnostic IT, or enterprise software sales in a consultative capacity.

Experience selling cloud‑based, Software as a Service solutions in the healthcare space.

Familiarity with clinical laboratory operations, LIS systems, and automation workflows.

Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Proven experience developing solution proposals and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital selling tools is essential.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Eligibility and Credentialing Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers’ client sites to perform essential functions of this position. Many clients require employees and representatives to meet vendor credentialing requirements before access is granted, including proof of valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunisations (COVID‑19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus), annual TB testing, and healthcare training. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license in their state of residence and have no prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations unless prohibited by state or local law. Company policy requires that all vendor credentialing requirements be met and continued throughout employment.

Salary and Benefits Base Pay Range: Min $107,200 – max $160,800. Factors influencing starting pay include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Commission eligibility is in accordance with the company’s plan and based on individual or company performance.
