is an award-winning Oregon cannabis company looking for someone early in their sales career (or changing careers) who wants hands‑on experience learning cannabis sales from the ground up .
This is a growth role , not just delivery. You’ll support deliveries, build relationships with retailers, learn how orders and accounts work, and get exposure to real‑world sales in a relationship‑driven industry.
What you’ll do:
Deliver products to licensed retailers across Oregon
Check in orders, collect payments, and support store relationships
Learn product knowledge, pricing, and sales fundamentals
Assist Sales Reps with follow‑ups, vendor days, and account support
Represent our brands professionally and authentically
This role is great for someone who:
Is reliable, people‑oriented, and curious
Wants to grow into a Sales Rep role
Enjoys being on the road and meeting new people
Is comfortable working independently and learning fast
Details:
Full‑time | Mon–Fri | 40 hrs
$19–$20/hr
Company vehicle + mileage reimbursement
Paid training, mentorship & growth path
401(k) with match + paid sick time
