We’re looking for a
Key Account Manager
to look after some of our most important customers in Germany. This isn’t just about keeping accounts ticking over – it’s about growing them, spotting new opportunities, and being the go-to person for technical guidance.
The Role You’ll own relationships with strategic customers, making sure they get what they need and more. You’ll plan, negotiate, and deliver – while keeping an eye out for new business. Expect plenty of collaboration with internal teams and the occasional deep dive into technical detail.
Responsibilities
Manage key accounts from onboarding through to renewal
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Spot opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling
Develop account plans and track performance against revenue targets
Work with internal teams to create tailored solutions for customers
Represent customer needs internally and influence product development
Keep contracts on track and resolve any commercial issues
Hit financial targets and manage payment terms
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
At least 2 years in account management, sales, or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with technical discussions (or keen to learn)
Ability to use CRM tools and make sense of data
Fluent English and ideally German (or another EMEA language)
Resilient, curious, and good at influencing people
Nice to Have
Experience in thermal products or related industries
Knowledge of complex, volatile markets
