Outside Sales Representative – Fleet Services & National Fleet Branding
Oil Can Man, a trusted fleet services company with over 30 years in business, is expanding and seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support both local fleet maintenance services and a growing national fleet outfitting and branding division.
This role is ideal for a B2B sales professional who understands fleet operations, service organizations, and corporate vehicle programs.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage relationships with fleet managers and operations leaders
Sell on-site fleet maintenance and preventive service programs
Sell national fleet outfitting solutions including vehicle graphics, wraps, safety lighting, and upfitting
Identify client needs and deliver customized service solutions
Present proposals, pricing, and service agreements
Coordinate with internal operations and vendor partners
Build and grow long‑term client relationships

Strong communication, presentation, and follow‑up skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
Professional presence and relationship‑focused mindset
