Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Contract Manager
to join our Bedbank division. You will develop strong relationships with hotel suppliers, ensuring HBX Group is their preferred wholesaler. Your focus will be on negotiating competitive rates and inventory to position us as a market leader.
Responsibilities
Lead contracting and negotiation with hotels to secure best rates, inventory, and conditions.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Monitor hotel performance and collaborate with Yield Managers to ensure competitiveness.
Negotiate contract renewals, promotions, and marketing contributions.
Represent HBX Group professionally at trade shows and networking events.
Analyze reports to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
Resolve supplier issues and ensure clear understanding of Hotelbeds’ value proposition.
Skillset and Experience Required
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical and decision-making ability.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Proven track record in contracting and supplier management.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel contracting or similar role.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
