Our client is a global leader in medical aesthetics and is hiring an Account Manager focused on managing existing accounts. This exciting opportunity supports the continued success of cutting-edge aesthetic solutions in dermatology and plastic surgery practices. This is not a cold‑calling role – instead, you’ll build deeper relationships with existing customers, drive product utilization, and help practices grow through training, education, and strategic partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Identify upselling opportunities and generate cross‑sell referrals for field sales team

Support product adoption and growth within current accounts

Provide hands‑on training and education on clinical use, patient selection, and treatment protocols

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product indications, benefits, and usage

Partner with providers to optimize business outcomes and promote procedural volume

Manage sales contracts, pricing quotes, and promotional tools

Monitor territory pipeline, forecast trends, and track performance metrics

Represent the brand at workshops, events, and tradeshows

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Minimum 2+ years of B2B experience in medical aesthetics (med spa, derm, or plastic surgery)

Backgrounds can be any type of sales within skincare, lasers, injectables

Strong understanding of clinical language, techniques, and procedural workflows

Proven experience upselling or expanding within an established client base

Excellent communicator and presenter – comfortable leading education sessions

Confident managing multiple accounts, relationships, and priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools

Willingness to travel within a defined territory (may include some overnights)

Base salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (based on experience)

Year 1 OTE: $175,000 – $190,000 (uncapped commissions)

Company car + all car expenses (tolls, gas, etc.)
