Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Salary range depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and is contingent upon meeting sales goals.
How you get the job done:
Paid training to prepare you for independent field work.
Daily engagements with existing customers. AT&T provides scheduled appointments.
Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals, conduct demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution.
Key expectations to succeed:
1+ years of commission sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle available for official business.
Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Successfully pass a background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
