Inside Sales Representative

Rivercity Insurance & Financial Services is seeking dedicated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours while making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Commission

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients’ insurance needs.

Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients.

Thrive in a lead-driven environment with NO COLD CALLING!

Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Commission-based compensation (1099).
