Provide personalized service:
You’ll be the go-to expert, guiding our clients through every step of their journey—from the first consultation to the final fitting and delivery of their dress. Drive sales:
Help us achieve our sales goals by offering tailored service that matches our clients’ needs and ensures they find the perfect dress for their big day. Keep things running smoothly:
You’ll assist with store operations like stock management, inventory, liaising with suppliers, and making sure all alterations and fittings are on track. Uphold our standards:
Maintain Rosa Clará’s high standards of store presentation and customer service, creating a beautiful and unforgettable experience for every client. What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in bridal fashion or high‑end retail. Tailoring knowledge and experience with personalized sales would be a big plus. Strong English skills and Spanish is appreciated. Comfort with tools like Excel and digital systems. A proactive, team‑oriented attitude, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A genuine passion for bridal fashion and providing top‑notch customer service. What we offer:
