ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven
Senior Living Sales Counselor
to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for guiding prospective residents and families through the decision-making process, conducting tours, following up on inquiries, and meeting occupancy goals. The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, organized, and passionate about helping seniors find the right living environment.
Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain consistent, professional follow-up.
Conduct engaging, informative community tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and services.
Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and the local community.
Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system, including leads, tours, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly occupancy and sales goals.
Participate in community outreach, networking events, and internal marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the Sales Director, Executive Director, and interdisciplinary team to ensure a smooth move-in process.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of senior living options, pricing structures, and eligibility requirements.
Qualifications
Prior experience in senior living sales, hospitality, real estate, healthcare admissions, or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to connect with seniors and families with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Sherpa, Yardi, MatrixCare) a plus.
Self-motivated with exceptional follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to work some evenings/weekends as needed for events or tours.
