Work Type Full‑time Hybrid – at least 2–5 days per week in the territory. The role operates between a home office and field‑based environments (schools, community, and events).

Location Details Midland, Texas

Travel Requirement Primarily local travel to schools and organizations within the territory (2–5+ days a week). Some out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be required.

How You Will Make An Impact A Field Sales Professional is responsible for optimizing the full‑cycle sales within an assigned territory and servicing our customers with the highest ethical standards.

What You Will Do

Provide best‑in‑class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory and do everything possible to make their lives easier.

Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.

Actively develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead‑generation campaigns.

Resilience to handle rejection and persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.

Navigate multiple functions within the company’s CRM, including prospecting, account management, and activity tracking, to support sales and customer relationship efforts.

Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels (e.g., supporting women’s soccer coaches and head football coaches alike).

Utilize data‑driven business intelligence on prospects to identify new trends and opportunities.

Manage your account list and travel on location within your assigned territory.

Qualifications Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

High level of self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines and optimize overall efficiency.

Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.

Ability to cultivate a distraction‑free home office environment.

Education / Experience

3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or a coaching/sports‑related background.

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (bachelor’s degree preferred).

Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
