Job Description

Identify and Target Clients : Leverage market research, networking, and lead generation efforts to identify potential clients and develop a robust pipeline.

Client Consultations : Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Proposal Development : Create and present comprehensive project proposals, including design concepts, timelines, and cost estimates, tailored to each client’s vision and objectives.

Sales Performance : Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth objectives.

Industry Knowledge : Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new products to provide clients with innovative solutions.

Client Support : Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience from consultation to project completion.

CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details in the CRM system to ensure streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities

Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related industry.

Interpersonal Skills : Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse clients.

Industry Knowledge : Basic understanding of landscape design, construction processes, and materials.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Independence & Time Management : Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Driver’s License : Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.

Flexibility : Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
