PSI Pax, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Tustin, CA area and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for the executive team.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership position.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Adept at building relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
