Join our team as a Retail Store Manager! Are you ready to bring your knowledge and passion for T-Mobile products and services to our amazing customers? As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily store operations, lead and develop your team, coach employees on the sales floor, and consistently meet sales and service goals. Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals Deliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and stepping in to escalations Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling Recruit, train, and develop your team while supporting their career growth Foster a positive, high‑energy culture where both employees and customers feel valued Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records Adhere to labor budgets and ensure your team timely executes on trainings
Qualifications
At least 1 year of retail management experience (wireless retail industry required) Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment HS diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
