Role Description This is an on-site, independent contractor role based in Wichita, KS, for a Territory Sales Representative. This is a 100% commission based role with an startup salary. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, working in and out of the operating room, generating sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory. The representative is expected to conduct product demonstrations, provide education on product offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key tasks include engaging with potential clients, learning surgical procedures, working in an OR setting, maintaining current customer accounts, and achieving sales targets while staying informed about industry trends and product updates.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Acquisition
Ability to build strong client relationships and achieve revenue goals
OR experience is a plus
Time Management, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving abilities
Having a reliable, working vehicle
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Former athlete is a plus
Knowledge of the medical or surgical industry is a plus
