Base pay range $13,000.00/yr - $31,000.00/yr
We are looking for a dependable and proactive House Manager and Personal Assistant to support a private household. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping a home running smoothly, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay range Pay range is $15-22/hr depending on experience with regular annual raises.
Typical responsibilities include:
General housekeeping, cleaning, and organization
Laundry and basic home upkeep
Grocery shopping and running errands
Simple meal prep and cooking based on provided instructions
Coordinating with household vendors and service providers
Managing deliveries, scheduling, and household logistics
Airport pickups and drop offs as needed
This is a part time position with a semi flexible schedule, starting at 2 to 3 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours over time with stellar performance.
Requirements
Be bilingual in English and Spanish
Have prior experience as a house manager, personal assistant, or similar role
Be organized, reliable, and detail oriented
Be comfortable cooking and following structured meal prep plans
Be able to manage errands and household tasks efficiently
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and pre employment drug screening in accordance with applicable law
Maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy
