Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish (MUST)
Preferred multi‑family leasing experience
Preferred social media marketing experience
Valid driver’s license (free of major moving violations) and dependable transportation
Available to work Saturdays and Sundays where applicable
Responsibilities
Conduct daily leasing activities, achieving leasing goals for occupancy and rent growth
Build and manage rapport to generate interest, desire, and satisfaction for the PAC community
Provide comprehensive service to residents, completing lease paperwork and other leasing duties
Sell prospects and residents on the PAC brand and lifestyle
Attend to daily, weekly, and monthly individual leasing targets and support team/property goals
Answer calls, internet inquiries, and in‑person requests, following up on every prospect
Log resident requests as needed
Utilize sales tools (rapport building, qualifying, closing) in interactions and presentations
Qualify prospects by collecting data, entering into database, initiating background checks, and reporting status
Communicate move‑in/move‑out status to team members; ensure apartments are move‑in ready
Complete all required leasing paperwork accurately and professionally
Tour the property, inspect common areas, amenities, and vacant apartments for cleanliness and presentation; answer questions
Stay current on market issues and competitive information
Perform light bookkeeping and financial activities (calculate rents, prepare letters, etc.)
Handle office administrative tasks (key tracking, resident packages, database entry, etc.)
Use answering service as needed for messages and follow‑ups
Inspect property daily for cleanliness; maintain trash and cleaning supplies
Escort prospects to apartments and amenities; operate golf cart or other vehicles as needed
Process paperwork and set up files for move‑in
Maintain at least a 20% conversion ratio of total traffic
Follow up within 24 hours by phone and within 48 hours in writing with a personal note
Research competition and suggest revenue‑maximizing actions
Perform other requested projects and duties
Customer Service Responsibilities
Wear a clean and neat uniform at all times, including weekends
Communicate with residents and prospects in a manner consistent with PAC standards
Listen to resident requests/complaints and address them calmly and professionally
Resolve problems quickly, within 24 hours, or contact supervisor for immediate assistance
