Outside Sales Representative – Pump Solutions (OSR). The OSR generates profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, primarily to civil market customers who rent pumps for short-term or long-term projects. Key Responsibilities
Develop a career track and advance within the company. Leverage current skills in a challenging B2B sales role. Produce new business, retain existing customers, and present business reviews to management. Support short- and long-term rental opportunities for pump equipment. Qualifications
B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry. Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills. Presentation and business review skills. Understanding of pump equipment is highly desirable. Physical Demands
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more. Work indoors and outdoors as required. Compensation
Base pay range: $40,000.00 – $62,965.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan. Benefits
