Territory Account Manager - San Diego/Inland Empire/Las Vegas
WEG Electric Corp. is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to develop and implement a sales territory business plan that drives sales of WEG electrical products across the West Coast, including San Diego, Inland Empire, and Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
Develop WEG product distribution through joint sales calls, presentations, and training.
Administer corporate contracts.
Emphasize salable features; quote prices, credit terms, and delivery estimates.
Verify all commercial and technical aspects of quotations.
Prepare reports of business transactions.
Travel to customer locations and attend trade shows as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Provide product training to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (four‑year college or university). Minimum five years of applicable industrial sales experience or equivalent education and experience.
Broad knowledge of customer needs, market forces, and expectations.
Solid knowledge of electrical motors, motor controls, pumps, compressors, fans, and material handling applications.
Strong understanding of sales channels including distributors, OEMs, and end users.
