Position Summary We are hiring an Account Sales Manager Developer responsible for developing and securing joint business relationships on Pro Commercial and Developer accounts. The role drives incremental sales and increases customers’ share of wallet through strategic business planning, focusing on customer lifetime value and overall commitment.

Position Responsibilities

Drive strategic business planning and propose solutions to drive profitable Andersen business growth and expand customer relationships.

Collaborate via team selling to ensure customer‑derived opportunities are effectively executed and supported.

Present pathways for business improvement uniquely facilitated by Andersen solutions and tie insights back to market strengths.

Develop distinct strategies for engaging critical stakeholders on specific deals.

Engage in joint selling efforts with customers.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of relevant selling experience.

Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with trade customers, channel partners, and peers.

Strong analytical and fact‑based planning skills.

Disciplined use of CRM and sales process methodology.

Ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and align value to create mutually beneficial business strategies.

Proven ability to present solutions to multiple‑level stakeholders using a variety of delivery methods.

Ability to collaborate in a team‑selling environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with window/door or building materials.

Working knowledge of the dealer channel.

Working knowledge of Salesforce.

Residency within the assigned territory.

Compensation Pay is based on several factors, including work experience, education, geographic location, and certifications. The recruiter will provide detailed information during the hiring process.

Pay Range $68,471.00 – $135,610.00

Profit Sharing: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments related to quarterly operating profit performance.
