Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 40 lbs (sample windows).
Ability to learn UWD’s product line via in‑person and virtual training.
Previous experience in sales, commission‑based sales, lead generation, the home‑improvement industry, teaching/public speaking, bartending/waitressing, or other customer‑service focused positions.
A flexible work schedule and the ability to adapt to business needs.
Strong motivation to earn money, confidence in yourself, and a results‑oriented mindset.
