Local Sales Representative – Medical Waste Disposal
SteriTrans is expanding in the Houston market and is looking for an experienced Local Sales Representative with a strong background in medical waste disposal, healthcare sales, or hospital-related services. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who understands healthcare environments and can build trusted relationships with medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with hospitals & surgical centers, labs, urgent care centers, and healthcare facilities.
Identify new business opportunities and grow local accounts.
Present SteriTrans medical waste solutions and compliance services.
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in medical waste disposal, healthcare sales, or hospital/vendor sales.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and facility operations.
Existing network within the healthcare or medical services industry (preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and local market focused.
