About The Role As a Residential Door to Door Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport, understanding needs, and effectively communicating value. You will work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Sell Kinetic internet products and services within your designated territory, maximizing sales potential.
Utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, activate service, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, building a strong referral network.
Participate in our dynamic 5‑week Sales Residency program that equips you with essential skills and industry knowledge. You will receive a company-owned air‑conditioned vehicle for business use and one‑week onsite training and coaching.
Qualifications
Sales experience.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
A reliable and insured personal vehicle is needed until you receive a company‑owned vehicle.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
Self‑motivation and a desire for success.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover varied terrains.
Employees who work virtually must maintain a distraction‑free workspace and ensure a high‑speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
Bi‑lingual, English & Spanish, a plus.
