Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Utilize customer input and/or specifications to help in the selection of applicable products.
Develop solutions to meet customer needs.
Develop, deliver and follow up on accurate customer quotes in a timely manner.
Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes throughout the quoting and fulfillment process.
Support the outside sales team in meeting customer expectations.
Work in a fast‑paced environment reacting to customer demand.
Requirements
Will possess a four‑year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
Will have working knowledge of pumps, valves, instrumentation, controls, and relevant industries.
Will have the ability to develop and deliver solutions based on an understanding of the technical and business challenges of our market.
Will possess negotiation skills.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi‑task.
Must be a team player able to work closely with account managers and employees from other business units.
