The Role
Doowii is looking for an ambitious SDR to drive top-of-funnel lead generation, engage prospective clients and partners, and manage the sales cycle through to close. This role offers a high commission potential and the chance to grow your career in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
Responsibilities (You Will)
Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified meetings
Research K-12/Higher Ed institutions and stakeholders to personalize messaging and improve conversion
Work closely with Sales Director to book meetings and support sales opportunities
Manage leads, sequences, and pipeline activity in our CRM and sales tools
Learn technical product details so you can clearly articulate our value
Collaborate on messaging, objection handling, and positioning insights from the field
Requirements (You Have)
1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or outreach role
Strong communicator, fast writer, and comfortable reaching out to executive buyers
Organized and self-motivated. You can manage your day and hit targets without hand-holding
Growth mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback
Ability to quickly understand our product and communicate value
Curious about education, data, AI, and how to influence buying behavior in complex environments
Bonus points if you have:
Experience selling to or working in education
Passion for EdTech, SaaS, or mission-driven work
Previous experience booking demos or generating qualified pipeline
Understanding of the academic calendar and decision-making processes in K-12 and/or Higher Ed
The base pay range for this role is $50,000 – $55,000 per year, and is eligible for commission.
