We are an established, nationally recognized, and award-winning commercial cleaning company looking to hire an
Outside Sales Representative
in Dallas. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within a defined territory, leveraging our proven sales methodology to deliver tailored service programs.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary with an uncapped commission structure (target of $84,000 total salary and compensation first year)

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
Coordinate appointments set by the Inside Sales Team.
Maintain a sales pipeline and manage the sales process.
Build exceptional customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer experience.
Engage internal resources to create and implement customized service programs.
Apply Buildingstars sales methodology to diagnose customer needs and propose solutions.
Attend weekly sales meetings with the Regional Director and Inside Sales representatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of B2B Outside Sales experience.
Prior experience selling B2B contracts in a service industry.
Ability to create and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers.
Self‑motivated and thrives in a results‑oriented environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and listening.
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Maintains a relationship with Leadership, Sales, and Operations peers.
Proficient in CRM usage and familiar with Buildingstars sales methodology for prospecting, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and forecasting.
