First year estimated earnings range: $55,000 to $65,000 Uncapped commission and earnings. Training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks. Sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise. Assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred. 2 years of sales experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required. Experience with CRM (lead management system preferred). Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information. Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Benefits
