Career Level - IC0 US: Hiring Range in USD from $18.41 - $28.80 per hour; from: $38,300 - $59,900 per year. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 90/10.

What You’ll Do A challenging, exciting role that will test your sales skills, tenacity and prospecting skills, critical thinking capabilities, ability to remain focused, and follow-through. You will be provided the tools, training, coaching, and people resources to help you be successful. Upon territory assignment, you will qualify and promote leads for new prospects and/or existing customers to the Oracle sales team with defined next steps. The Sales Development Role is a sales role that is generally eligible for incentive compensation contingent upon achieving specified objectives.

Build sales pipeline using cold calling methodologies and social selling

Build a strong foundation of industry competence, Oracle product knowledge & sales methodology that will provide credibility when interacting with decision-makers

Develop sales skills vital to identify and qualify new business opportunities and/or expansion/upsell opportunities

Collaborate with the sales team on go-to-market strategy, demand generation activities and targets

Ensure all data is accurately maintained and updated in the Oracle CRM applications

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
