Position Overview

The Partner Account Manager – Imperium is a growth‑focused role responsible for expanding ECC’s Imperium partner ecosystem and accelerating partner‑driven revenue. This position focuses on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners while working with partners to generate pipeline, uncover qualified opportunities, and drive revenue growth for the Imperium platform.

This role serves as the front end of the channel sales engine and is measured by partner activation, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution. Due to the partner‑facing nature of the position, approximately 70% travel is expected to support partner recruitment, onboarding, training, and opportunity development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners capable of driving Imperium revenue

Work directly with partners to identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities

Drive consistent pipeline creation through partner engagement and sales strategy alignment

Support partners with sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development

Collaborate with internal teams to support pricing, technical alignment, and deal execution

Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting within CRM tools

Participate in trade shows, partner events, and regional meetings to generate new opportunities

Provide market feedback and competitive insights to support channel and product growth

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partner development

Proven ability to generate pipeline and drive revenue through partners

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Self‑motivated and results‑driven

Experience using CRM tools

Willingness to travel approximately 70%

Preferred

Experience with integrators, or dealer partners

Background in security, controls, or public safety technology
