Position Highlights

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or account management.

Proven success managing complex customer accounts and cross-functional projects.

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively with technical, commercial, and operational teams.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute business plans and growth strategies for assigned key accounts.

Drive year-over-year increases in sales revenue and operating income.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Lead customer meetings, presentations, and formal business reviews.

Coordinate technologies, approvals, and requirements across customer regions.

Support partner organizations on commercial and technical activities tied to assigned accounts.

Manage and coach technical and project management staff supporting customer programs.

Ensure adherence to internal processes including PPAP, APQP, and customer issue resolution.

Optimize sales mix to balance profitability and volume against annual targets.

Maintain customer data and contacts within customer portals and internal systems.

Track KPIs, complete required reports, and support inventory tracking and forecasting.

Comply with all company Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies.
