You will play a crucial part in ensuring our sales and operations team receives a steady flow of qualified appointments. Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Qualification

Use strong phone and communication skills to effectively engage with leads and guide them through the initial stages of the process.

Qualify prospects based on company criteria to ensure they are a good fit.

Respond promptly to all incoming leads to maintain momentum and support overall business growth.

Relationship Building & Lead Nurturing

Build rapport with leads through consistent follow‑up and clear, professional communication.

Address questions and concerns with confidence and empathy, helping clients feel informed and supported.

Assist in facilitating the contract process by maintaining trust and providing clear guidance when needed.

Research & Market Awareness

Conduct research through outreach, data review, site walks, and staying updated on market trends to better understand lead needs and motivations.

Appointment Coordination

Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team with accuracy and attention to detail.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth handoff and a seamless experience for every lead.

Documentation & CRM Accuracy

Diligently document call logs, conversations, and lead interactions in the CRM.

Maintain organized and accurate records to support transparency and efficient workflow.

Track follow‑up actions and monitor lead progress to ensure consistency throughout the sales process.

Problem‑Solving & Process Compliance

Follow call scripts, company guidelines, and compliance requirements while communicating naturally and professionally.

Identify challenges or concerns raised by leads and provide proactive, thoughtful solutions.

Qualifications Experience & Skill Set

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, ISA, or in a similar phone‑oriented sales role.

Strong verbal communication skills with confident and professional phone handling.

Sales experience or previous exposure to lead engagement processes is considered an asset.

Excellent listening and probing abilities, with the skill to handle objections effectively and respectfully.

Organization & Documentation

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, especially when documenting call notes, lead interactions, and follow‑up activities.

Comfortable navigating CRMs and call tools, with the ability to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records.

Lead Management & Follow‑Through

Diligent in nurturing leads and maintaining consistent follow‑through to keep prospects engaged.

Able to build rapport quickly and manage leads through different stages of the pipeline.

Mindset & Work Ethic

Proactive problem solver with strong initiative and the ability to think ahead.

Teachable, coachable, and open to feedback, with a strong desire to grow and improve.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining professionalism.

Remote Work Readiness

Compensation: $3,000/monthly + Compensation
