Solar Appointment Setter – Sunrun

Overview As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the brand within designated partner retail stores. You will proactively schedule appointments, foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.

Compensation

Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments.

Please note that the compensation information is made in good faith for this position only. It assumes that the successful candidate will be located in markets within the United States that warrant the compensation.

Potential Earnings Average compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 (location and personal success dependent). Top performers can earn over $160,000 per year.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, self‑motivation, and genuine passion for our mission.

Commitment to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.

Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius to manage a multi‑store territory.

Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
