Senior Social Worker – Assessment Team in Enfield earning £39.04 per hour
We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join the dynamic Assessment Team in Enfield for a period of three months. This locum role involves flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, with core hours of 9am to 5pm. Options include 8am to 6pm for four days a week, 8am to 4pm, or 9am to 6pm. Part-time options are also available. You will have the chance to work from Thomas Hardy House in London N22 8EE where you will be part of an innovative service that focuses on achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

What you will do
Support and manage a team of four social workers, which may include ASYE and Apprentices
Develop and implement meaningful and impactful social work practice
Contribute to the continual improvement of Enfield’s service from OFSTED’s ‘good’ rating to outstanding
Mentor and support less experienced social workers, ASYE’s, and students
Collaborate with the team manager and engage with the wider Assessment and Intervention Service
Effectively assess and manage high-risk and complex cases
Analyze situations and produce comprehensive reports within tight deadlines
