Multi-Site Maintenance Technician - ReNew 4247
Join Trinity Property Consultants as a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining vibrant apartment communities.
Pay Range:
$23 - $25 per hour, based on experience, with potential renewal bonuses.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day‑to‑day duties for two or more apartment communities.
Conduct resident service requests, punch lists, building inspections, preventative maintenance, and cleaning.
Demonstrate safe use of hand and power tools and equipment.
Participate in apartment inspections for move‑ins and move‑outs.
Maintain inventory of basic personal tools: hammer, screwdriver, adjustable wrench, tape measure, and flashlight.
Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies cost‑effectively.
Perform on‑call service requests and emergency calls as needed.
Present an appearance appropriate to the company image.
Communicate community concerns to the Supervisor.
Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership.
Install, repair, or complete system maintenance: heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, hardware, screens, blinds, caulking, cabinets, flooring, weather preparation, common area mechanical rooms, make‑ready items.
Qualifications Professional Experience
Minimum one year of maintenance technician experience (multifamily preferred).
Beginner experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting preferred.
Working knowledge of appliances preferred.
Education
High school education or equivalent (preferred).
Basic mathematical skills.
EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred.
Computer Skills
Basic computer and internet knowledge preferred.
Ability to use on‑site resident management software preferred.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Regular requirement to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands.
Occasional climbing.
Specific vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Work at a personal computer.
Detect auditory/visual alarms and work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
