Responsibilities The Property Manager manages the day‑to‑day operations of the properties, leading the team, coordinating daily activities, and managing resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws governing multi‑family housing operations.
Qualifications
Experience in property management
Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
Proven 2+ years with Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license
Personal smartphone required
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in property management
Onesite experience a plus
Microsoft Office skills
Sales/marketing experience
Experience in housing tax credit
Compensation $22 – $24 hourly. Final agreed‑upon compensation will be based upon individual qualifications and experience.
