Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for a Parts Counterperson; this is a union position.
MONTHLY BONUSES AVAILABLE BASED ON PERFORMANCE AFTER 3 MONTHS OF SERVICE .
Core Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet, assist, and sell parts to retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts (phone/in-person).
Parts Management:
Look up parts in electronic catalogs, manage inventory (stocking, receiving, returns), and handle special orders.
Sales & Billing:
Process sales, ensure correct billing for service orders, and meet sales goals.
Communication:
Update customers on order status and coordinate with shop foremen/service advisors.
Experience Requirements
1 year minimum experience in a parts department setting
Needs to have the ability to work Tue-Thu 9am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-4:30pm
CDK background is a plus
General Motors’ experience is helpful
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
