Salary
Base pay $50,000/yr.
Location
Lawrenceburg, IN (supports a multi‑family community with 83 units).
Job Type
Full Time. On call to support residents for emergencies.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day operations of the community – compliance, operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance. People management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, and information reporting. Use technology, including mobile app technology, and continuously improve systems. Meet residents where they are, understanding that office hours are flexible and resident needs must be met. Maintain the community’s appearance and stay ahead of the competition. Adhere to budget and guidelines to provide affordable housing opportunities now and for years to come. Stay current with industry and regulatory updates, and bring proactive coaching and support to the team.
Qualifications
5+ years property management experience, specializing in Tax Credit. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Prior experience with YARDI preferred.
