Position Overview
Iron Foundry Operator
– Kohler Co. (Location: Onsite, Kohler, WI). Competitive Compensation: $26.55 per hour. Shift: 1st Shift 5:54 AM – 2:18 PM.
About the Role We are looking for a Iron Foundry Operator – Pep set to join our Cast Iron division. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Responsibilities
Primary position will be working Pep-set, you will manually pack sand into mold and properly process molds, cast iron into molds and remove parts from molds when cooled.
Use of hoists and hand tools will be required.
Set‑up and clean up area including the mixer at end of each shift.
Need to be PIV certified and LOTO certified.
Learn core machines and setting cores on the HWS molding line.

Qualifications and Requirements
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Physical capability: Ability to perform essential duties including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
Safety compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
